Multi-perspectival analysis for a complex world.

What is EventDLC?
EventDLC is an AI-driven analysis pipeline that examines world events through multiple intellectual lenses. Instead of presenting a single interpretation, it surfaces how different frameworks—from game theory to Taoist philosophy—would analyze the same facts.
The result is a richer understanding that reveals both convergences (where different frameworks agree) and productive tensions (where they disagree in illuminating ways).
Why Multiple Perspectives?
We all have mental models that shape how we see events. A game theorist sees incentives and equilibria. A Machiavellian sees power dynamics. A Taoist sees natural flow and reversal. None of these is "wrong"—each reveals aspects that others miss.
Find Your Home Lens
Identify which frameworks resonate with how you naturally think
Bridge to Other Perspectives
Understand how others with different worldviews interpret the same events
See Convergences
Notice when different frameworks reach similar conclusions (suggesting robustness)
Explore Tensions
Understand productive disagreements that reveal complexity
Core Principles
Epistemic Humility
No lens claims absolute truth. Each perspective is partial.
Charitable Interpretation
Each perspective is presented at its strongest, not strawmanned.
Transparency
Show reasoning, not just conclusions. Make assumptions explicit.
Factual Rigor
Distinguish between fact, claim, and speculation. Verify everything verifiable.
Limitations
While we strive for accuracy and balance, keep in mind:
- •AI analysis has limitations—it can miss nuance, misinterpret context, or reflect biases
- •Multi-lingual research depends on available sources—some perspectives may be underrepresented
- •Think tank lenses reflect those institutions' general positions, not official statements
- •The synthesis is itself a perspective—reasonable people can disagree
Technology
EventDLC is powered by Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant. The pipeline uses Claude Opus for deep research and synthesis, with specialized prompts for each lens agent.
